- Skating: On February 12th, 19th, & 26th from 2:00pm until 3:00pm we are skating. On these days, please send skates and a helmet with your child. It would be terrific to have some parent volunteers to walk with us to the arena, tie skates, and have fun at the rink! Please write a note in the agenda if you are able to volunteer for one (or multiple) skating times. A BIG THANK YOU to those parents who have already volunteer their time and energy!
- 100th Day Celebration: On February 14th, the grade two math classes are celebrating by doing some activities to represent the number 100. Each student is asked to bring 100 of any item. This could be stamps or buttons, the more creative the better.
- Book Fair: On February 27th, the students in Grade 2 will have an opportunity to buy books. The Peacemakers will be hosting a book swap table during the book fair. Students can bring a book to get a book or bring a dollar to get a book.
