This Week We Are Learning:
Science: We have started a brand new unit on Small Crawling and Flying Animals!
Math: Students are working on number sense and measurement.
Language Arts: Students are starting a new unit based on Creepy Crawlies and Small Animals.
Word sorts: New word sorts should be in your child’s agenda today; please practice with your child.
Home reading: Please read with your child for 20 minutes, three times a week.
Library: We have library on Mondays; please ensure library books are sent back to be exchanged.
Social: Our new unit takes us to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Ukrainian traditions.

- School Supply Lists: On May 7th, your child brought home a School Supply List. Please keep this list for next year, even if you are not ordering from it, as this list will be the ONLY list you will receive for supplies next year.
- Crimson Lake Field Trip: We will be going on a field trip to Crimson Lake Provincial Park to study and learn about bugs, insects, creepy crawlies, and other cool creatures on May 30th. Please watch for a note and permission form this week.
